Experience providing evidence-based counselling to adults, couples, and/or families experiencing various mental health concerns.
Is familiar with mindfulness practices and their application in mental health treatment and have experience providing complimentary evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and/or Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
