Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) (Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with Nova Scotia College of Social Workers (NSCSW) – For Social Work Candidates (SWCs) to be eligible for this position, they must be actively participating in their mentorship hours as required by the NSCSW)
Trained and familiar with the WPATH Standards of Care
Experience working with trans and gender-diverse populations
Supportive counselling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of an interprofessional team
