Social Worker, Reproductive Mental Health Service (Signing Bonus & Relocation allowance available)

- Masters Degree in Social Work required
- Currently licensed with, or eligible to be licensed with, the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers required.
- Minimum two (2) years clinical experience as a Masters prepared Social Worker working in the field of Adult Mental Health is required.
- Demonstrated experience delivering individual assessment and case management of a range of adult mental illnesses, including perinatal presentations.
- Demonstrated understanding of substance misuse and harm reduction.
- Demonstrated experience delivering evidence based treatment through group interventions an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and diagnosis required.
- Experience in crisis management required.
- Training in Suicide Risk Assessment required
- Current certification in Non Violent Crisis Intervention required.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to family centred care.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organization and time management skills.
- Competencies in other languages an asset.
