Oct 9, 2024 — Social work’s bio-psycho-social-spiritual philosophy and commitment to equity and social justice directly complements health care. We are excited to be inviting our members to join our Health Committee and help shape the future of social work in health care across Nova Scotia. The deadline for expressions of interest is Oct 31.

1 Feb, 2024 — During 2023, the College undertook a preliminary review of this program using a reflective thematic analysis of completed candidacy records from 2019-2022. We are pleased to be able to share the results with our members, and to announce the reinstatement of the Candidacy Committee.

October 6, 2022 — The Council of the NSCSW is accepting letter of intent from any members interested in joining the College’s clinical committee. Apply no later than November 6, 2022.
